Do you manufacture your products in your facilities?

No. We are a distribution center. The products in our catalog, including the PureFormulas brand products, are manufactured by third party vendors.

How long will delivery take?

Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. Our website offers other shipping methods, if products need to be expedited or if they need to be shipped internationally.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We are constantly updating our internal security procedures and enhancing our website to meet the latest and most stringent internet security standards. As an additional level of security, we do not retain or store your credit card information on our servers once your transaction is completed. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received. For orders paid by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic debit or online wire transfer), we will issue an invoice immediately. For orders paid by wire transfer or check, you will first receive an order confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment is received. In any case, we will automatically e-mail your invoice or order confirmation to your billing address.
